This is Maia's work right now -- mastering her tin of dry watercolor cakes. She is a bit obsessed and works on this at every opportunity. She finally gets that you have to wet the cakes first and that you have to rinse off the brush in between colors. For the most part anyway. And she loves trying all the colors and mixing colors. She's very methodical about it and keeps each color separate on the paper, which is new for her.
