Last year we dyed our Easter eggs with bleeding tissue paper. And this year I've been saying I want to try marbled eggs (marbleized?) but I've been coming across so many other fun ideas, that the jury is still out. Here are a few, compiled as much for my own benefit, as to share with you...
I love these botanical eggs on Martha Stewart! I also think these paper napkin decoupage eggs are beautiful, but they're more adult than kid-oriented (and oh, so Martha Stewart).
There are lots of great, child-friendly ideas on FamilyFun, including wrapping the eggs with rubber bands before dyeing them and drawing on hot eggs with crayons for a melted crayon effect.
Any other fun ideas for Easter eggs that you've tried or want to try? Please share!
By the way, after all my grousing about the weather yesterday, we have a gorgeous, warm spring day today! I should learn not to complain.
