Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower. -Albert Camus
So true!
We celebrate all the beautiful, colorful Autumn leaves during this season. We enjoy them during walks, bring them inside for nature tables and fall decorations, preserve them, and use them in fall crafting.
Are you in the mood for fall yet?
I am! We've been collecting leaves and acorns and have an apple picking trip (complete with hay ride and apple cider doughnuts) planned for our near future.
Blog Updates:
- It's Daphne's birthday today! My sweet Autumn baby is turning three! She will be making and decorating her own cake today, as per her request. She's been talking about it almost every day. I'm sure it'll be quite the cake.
- I'm putting the finishing touches on the Autumn crafts eBook —links and such. I'm on track to having it ready for you on Tuesday, the 18th. (Is it okay to tell you that this has been a very big project and that I'm near exhausted? It's been awesome and I am very much in love with how it's come together, but I'm also glad that it's almost finished. I think a day or two with a good novel, a hot bubble bath, and some chocolate with sea salt is in order as soon as I hit the "publish" button.)
